Hi, I’m Meghan "MK" Kelley, the person behind Ascent Business Design.I spent over 15 years leading operations at global real estate companies, building scalable systems across 70+ countries, weaving in automation and AI, and helping teams grow without falling apart in the process. I helped launched international operations as start-ups in 22 markets, shaped transformation strategies, and built the behind-the-scenes frameworks that supported $50M+ in global revenue.But big business isn’t where my heart is.
